Delighted to have discovered the tech repair co! My laptop was stuck loading windows, and when I took it back to John Lewis where I got it, they told me they couldn't fix it and the only thing was to take it back to factory settings, losing all my data, or if I wanted to try retrieving the data it would cost me £195 and take over a month to do! Took it to tech repair company, and they got it completely back to normal within one day, plus it only cost £65! Highly recommend this company! :D

Fixed a shattered Sony Xperia screen and broken headphone jack in a day. Talked me through all the options and explained exactly how he did the repair, even showed me all the old components so I knew he'd actually changed them. Really great service, though fingers crossed I won't have to go back anytime soon! EDIT: also fixed signal problems caused by loose aerial, same day no hastle.

Fantastic and speedy service. iPhone 6s would not charge due to fault with charging port, Apple stated that they could not fix this as charging port could not be replaced and left me devastated that I had lost all my 8 week baby’s pictures that I had been unable to back up. Apple advised that my phone would never power up again. Within a few minutes the tech repair company had my phone powered up reassuring me that I had not lost all my baby’s pictures and once phone repaired put on a free screen protector too. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

Excellent service, certainly know their technical details and are very helpful. Quick efficient service. I have an android phone which was injured with a smashed screen. Could not get it reposted in the first 2 places I visited. Emailed Techrepair to ensure it was possible to get the repair done there and bingo got a lovely friendly reply and for it fixed all on the same day. Perfect. I would recommend this service. I smashed my OnePlus, needed a screen so I called at 11:00am and by 11:30am Chris called me back and had a screen. Went and seen him at 3:15pm and walked out with a fresh new screen by 4:00pm. All in a days work. They've got great communication methods and text you when your repair is ready. Would recommend them to anyone!

Sudden non-responsive Google Pixel screen. Professional, expert, swift support and repair service. My device is still in warranty and insured but I required a swift repair due to work commitments and the alternative device provider fault process is a longer timescale with the challenge of off-setting time for repair analysis to insurance claim with excess to pay. Resolved in less than 24 hours, screen ordered in next day and fitted in a one hour timeslot visit. Fantastic communication and customer experience. 5 stars - thank you

I broke my LG G6 phone travelling on holidays. LG g6 phones are not common so I was doubtful that it could be repaired as I only had a two night stay in any one location including Glasgow. Chris ordered the required screen from LG and fitted it at 5pm on a Sunday in 20 mins, opening his shop especially to fit in with my schedule. Great service. I can highly recommend The Tech Repair Co which as you can see are willing to go the extra mile when required

Chris fixed my charging port on my Samsung s7....it took him a little longer than he anticipated so he gave me a brand new phone cover :) very cheap at £65 as this is a very precarious procedure....will definitely be using The Tech Repair Co (Chris) from now on for any other repairs I need done....i have also told friends and family to use Chris as he was wonderful in how he interacts with customers and always puts them first no matter what....many thanks again Chris ☆☆☆☆☆

Had my Mac laptop screen fixed. I think it was Chris who had helped fix my laptop. Sent for repair on Saturday and it needed a day to get it fixed. Long story short; I had been looking for someplace to repair my laptop for ages, problem was I didn't know where would be best to go, I read online reviews, phoned one place up, and man!! they were ignorant with zero customer relations. So I phoned The Tech Repair Co; half way expecting much the same attitude. I couldn't have been more wrong. From the outset they were professional, courteous and informed. I explained the problems I was having, I got the feeling right away they were savvy guys. Handed in my laptop, later on I got a phone call, txt and email all giving me updates and telling me in detail what the problems were and how they were progressing with the repair. Bottom line, the guys were as good as their word, I got my laptop back and its working faster and better than it ever did. If you are reading this, and wondering, believe me dude, I very rarely leave feedback, for me it has to be justified. I can honestly recommend The Tech Repair Co to you for your tech repairs.

Really great and reliable service. My iPhone battery needed a replacement and it was done in under 30 minutes. He even offered me coffee, and I could sit and have a drink of juice or water sitting in the waiting area - which was a completely different experience than the other repair shops I have used in the west end. Also, the price for the battery replacement was cheaper, the service faster and the phone now better working than my last replacement elsewhere! I rarely write reviews but I was pretty impressed ??. Thank you for saving my phone!

Popped in on Saturday afternoon after finding the shop on google. It was the only 'local' shop that repaired Huawei phones. The service was great. I got my screen replaced within the hour and I was one very happy and relieved young lady. I would definitely recommend this shop. Excellent and friendly service too. I know where to go in the future if I have any problems with my P20 lite.

Chris was fantastic! He ordered the replacement parts for my Huawei right away so they arrived the next day. I rely on my phone massively as I am involved in football and constantly on my phone. stupidly I dropped my phone smashed the screen phone was flashing on and off and not working. looked at other wee places to fix it but wasn't impressed with there turn around. The Tech Repair Co came highly recommended, to say am impressed is an understatement. The staff or young man I dealt with was very friendly, helpful and explained what had happened and what they would do to fix it. between the price and service I was impressed but what impressed me more was the turn around I got my phone back that day, though I couldn't collect until next morn. collected phone like a bran new phone. so any issues with your technical devices could not recommend those guys enough and will certainly be using them again. thanks lads made a football coach very happy.

My beloved Samsung phone died on me recently deciding not to charge at all. I thought I'd give these guys a chance before buying a new one. They quoted me 55 quid for a new charging port which they fitted within a day. This however did not fix the problem which I presumed would mean I'd have just wasted money. The staff however did not give up and kept my phone for a couple of days and managed to get it fixed at no extra charge. Super impressed with their professionalism, honesty and value.

I was in a few weeks ago after asking Chris if they replaced batteries for my iPhone 7. It was starting to slow down & needed charged more often. I brought it in & met Jamie. Anyway the battery was replaced but was still doing the same problem only it was getting worse. After a few emails & a harsh review which I deleted, the boys invited me back to rectify this problem. Jamie put in another new battery & found it still doing the same problem. He never gave up on it when others would have & with help found the problem inside & completely replaced the part. Jamie was very informative, kept me in the loop & was very professional. Iv had the phone back nearly a week now & Iv charged it once & its now 25%. Howz that for service guaranteed. Thanks Jamie.
